Truly Local
We are built on the idea of being truly local and the promise of staying that way. We are your neighbours and are part of the economic development in our communities. As a cooperative, Homestead Co-op is a different type of business. We employ local people, support Manitoba and Western Canadian producers and growers and we share our profits with our members. We also donate to local charities and non-profits to make the communities we serve a better place to live, work and play. www.homesteadco-op.crs

Throwback Thursday: Proudly Canadian, Rooted in Community! ❤️🤍

A lot has changed over the years, but one thing has always stayed the same: our commitment to the communities we call home.

Today, we’re taking a trip down memory lane with six historical photos of Homestead Co-op locations! 📸 From our early days to the places you visit today, these photos tell the story of a co-operative built on hard work, local connections, and a shared belief in supporting one another.

As a proudly Canadian co-operative, we’re proud of our Western Canadian roots and the generations of members, employees, and communities who have helped shape who we are today.

And because we’re a co-op, 100% of our profits stay right here at home, supporting local people, projects, and communities.

🍁 Different decades. Familiar places. The same community spirit.

Do you recognize any of these locations? Share your memories with us in the comments! 👇
