For my vendors who have sent, or are about to send their payments for Fefe's Festive Fair 2.0! 🎄❤️

The email for EMT is:

There is an S after Fefe 🙂 this is a VERY common mistake, so just want to pop on to make sure you aren't getting missed due to an email error.

For security reasons, we will NEVER ask you to send your money to another email. A lot of scammers out there, so please be sure to triple check the email you enter before sending money.

📢 VENDOR PAYMENT & RECEIPT UPDATE

For anyone who sent payment for their table(s) before October 7th, all receipts should now be sent!

If you sent payment before October 7th and did not receive a receipt, please check the following before messaging us:

Check your junk/spam folder for an email with the subject:
“Fefe’s Festive Fair 2.0 Receipt”

Double-check the email your EMT was sent to:
[email protected]
Please note, there is an S after Fefe. This is a common mistake!

Did you have to enter a password?
If so, the payment was sent to the wrong email. We have Auto-Deposit, so a password should never be required.

If everything above is correct, send us a message with a screenshot of your EMT confirmation. You can usually find this under your EMT/e-Transfer history in your banking app.

⚠️ PLEASE do not send payment to any other email address.
We will only ever request vendor payments to be sent to:

[email protected]

Vendor payments are due by November 6th.

If payment is not received by the deadline, we do have a fairly large vendor waitlist, and your table will be offered to the next vendor in line.

Good morning, lovely vendors!! ❤️

Over the past week, I’ve received quite a few payments towards the market. I’ll be working on sending out receipts to everyone over the next couple of days.

I was asked to do some volunteer work during the evenings last week, so I fell a little behind on email responses!

But rest assured, all payment receipts will be sent out by Wednesday evening! 😊

🚨 APPLICATION PORTAL CLOSED! 🚨

We are officially SOLD OUT of vendor table spaces for Fefe’s Festive Fair 2.0! 🎄❤️

For anyone who applied this week and hasn’t heard back from us yet, we have likely either:

• Reached our maximum number of vendors for your product category
• Sold out of table spaces before we were able to get to your application

All applicants who were not able to secure a space will be added to our cancellation list.

If we have any vendors who do not submit payment by our November 6th payment deadline, we will begin reaching out to those on the cancellation list to fill any spaces that become available.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who applied! 🥹❤️

The interest in this event has been incredible, and we are so excited to officially say that we are SOLD OUT!

Now the fun really begins… 🎄✨

For those of you who are new to Fefe’s Events, we specialize in hosting our events at one amazing location! ❤️

Here’s a little sneak peek of our BEAUTIFUL venue 😍

We absolutely love this space and how much room it gives us to create a different atmosphere for every event we host. From Christmas markets to spring fairs and summer events, this venue has become a huge part of Fefe’s Events!

We can’t wait to transform it all over again for our upcoming Festive Fair 2.0! 🎄✨

🚨 VENDOR SPACE UPDATE!! 🚨

We had a couple of vendors switch from one-day bookings to BOTH days, which means we are now officially SOLD OUT of:

❌ Saturday-only vendor spaces
❌ Two-day table rentals

That means we now only have SUNDAY-ONLY tables available! 🎄❤️

We are also completely sold out of space for the following categories:

• Crocheted Items
• Dog/Cat Apparel & Leashes
• Dog/Cat Treats
• Embroidery
• DTF Printing
• 3D Printing
• Baked Goods & Sourdough
• Wood Turning

If your category is not listed above and you’re interested in joining us on Sunday, December 6th, get your application in while spaces are still available! 😍

Once all remaining spaces are filled, the application portal will officially close!

Once spaces are officially sold out, I will close the application portal AND make an announcement on our page.

For example, Saturday-only vendor spaces are already SOLD OUT!

It’s getting a little difficult to keep up with all of the “Is there still space available?” messages. I have about 30 of those sitting in my inbox right now 😅

So if you’re interested in joining us, please send in an application!

Applications are reviewed in the order they come in, and applicants get first opportunity at the spaces we still have available. Sending a message does not hold a spot.

We are also trying our best to refrain from using more then 2/3 of the same vendor type. For example, we are currently sold out of spaces available for:
>> Baked goods & sourdough
>> Freeze dried candy
>> Dog/cat apparel & leashes
>> Embroidery
>> DTF printing
>> Wood turning

We're accepting up to approximately 60 indoor vendors (depending on table sizes), with both one-day and two-day vendor spaces available.

• 6' Table - 1 Day: $65 + tax
• 6' Table - 2 Days: $110 + tax
• 8' Table - 1 Day: $75 + tax
• 8' Table - 2 Days: $120 + tax

We officially have 70 VENDORS joining us for Fefe’s Festive Fair 2.0!! 😍🎄

What an absolutely amazing amount of interest we’ve received this year, and we are SO thrilled to see so many familiar faces returning, along with plenty of new vendors joining us for the first time!

It honestly means so much to see how much this event has grown since our very first Festive Fair. ❤️

We cannot wait to start introducing everyone and showing you just how much local shopping will be packed under one roof this December! 🛍️🎁

I know things have been a little quiet around here lately, so I wanted to pop on with a quick Fefe’s Festive Fair 2.0 update!

We are officially NEARLY SOLD OUT of vendor spaces for this year’s Festive Fair! 😍

🎄 Saturday: SOLD OUT
🎄 Sunday: 6 spots remaining
🎄 Both Days: 4 spots remaining

We will be completely up to date on application approvals as of this evening!

📩 If you applied before September 10th and haven’t heard from us, PLEASE check your junk/spam folder! We have responded to all applicants from before this date, and our emails sometimes like to hide in there!

SO... WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?! 👀

This week we will be working on getting our official Facebook Event Page LIVE! Once it’s up, we ask all of our amazing vendors to help us start spreading the word by marking yourselves as Interested/Going and sharing the event with your family, friends, followers & customers! ❤️

💰 Vendor Payments:
As outlined in the application and your approval emails, all vendor payments are due by November 6th.

Once payments start wrapping up, we officially kick things into FULL FESTIVE FAIR MODE! 🎅🎄

That means:
✨ Vendor spotlights & announcements
✨ Online advertising
✨ Our jumbo roadside sign at the market location
✨ Event promotion & sharing
✨ And lots more as we get closer!

We had nearly 600 people through the doors at our first Festive Fair, and we cannot wait to see what Fefe’s Festive Fair 2.0 brings! 🥰
