📢🎪 VENDOR UPDATE! 🎪📢

Vendors who have submitted applications:

We are officially caught up on application reviews and approvals, which means you should have received an email from us!

If you haven't seen an email yet, please take a moment to check your spam/junk folder. If this is your first time booking with Fefe's Events, there's a good chance our email may have landed there.

📧 Please check as soon as possible, as approved vendor spaces are only secured once payment has been received.

🚨 Indoor spaces are filling FAST! 🚨

We've only been advertising to vendors for less than a week, and approximately 75% of our indoor vendor spaces have already been filled.

If you've been approved and are hoping to secure your indoor space, we highly recommend reviewing your approval email and submitting payment as soon as possible.

For vendors who have not yet applied, don't wait too long! Indoor availability is becoming very limited.

🎪🤠 OUTDOOR VENDOR UPDATE! 🤠🎪

We have heard from a BUNCH of vendors who are interested in participating in Fefe's Country Carnival as an outdoors vendor, but aren't loving the idea of having to tear down on Saturday evening and set everything back up again on Sunday morning.

And honestly... that's completely fair! 😊

The additional setup and teardown requirements are one of the reasons our outdoor vendor spaces are priced lower than our indoor spaces.

That being said, we hear you!

We would LOVE to have some of these amazing businesses join us, so we've decided to make a change.

✨ We are now offering BOTH 1-DAY and 2-DAY outdoor vendor options! ✨

This opens the door for even more vendors to participate while eliminating the hassle of packing up and setting up all over again.

Our application form has been updated and now includes:
🎪 1-Day Outdoor Vendor Spaces
🎪 2-Day Outdoor Vendor Spaces
🎪 Indoor Vendor Spaces

📢 CURRENTLY BOOKED INDOOR VENDORS:
If you would like to switch your booking to a 1-day outdoor space, please send me a message before June 23rd and I'll be happy to make the necessary changes to your booking.

We're excited to continue building an incredible mix of vendors, food, games, activities, and family fun for what is shaping up to be an amazing weekend!

To say we're excited would be an understatement! The support this event has received so far has been absolutely incredible, and we're just getting started!

For those of you wondering what's included and what advertising we'll be doing to help spread the word, here's a sneak peek!

We're excited to share that we've also been offered the opportunity to have LIVE coverage on both event days by New Country Radio!

To make that happen, we need your help. If we can reach 1,000 event followers and fill at least 65 vendor spots, we'll be upgrading our advertising package with New Country to maximize exposure for our vendors and attract even more attendees to the event.

Every follow, share, invite, and vendor registration helps us get one step closer. Let's make this event bigger and better together!

VENDORS! We have some exciting news! 🤠

We're doing something a little crazy for Fefe's Country Carnival...

We reached out to New Country, and they're excited to help us promote the event with a fantastic advertising campaign leading up to carnival weekend! 🎉

That means even more exposure for our vendors, more eyes on the event, and more opportunities to get shoppers through the doors and onto the grounds.

We're investing heavily in promoting this event through:

📱 Social media marketing
📍 Community event promotion
🎪 Vendor spotlights
📢 And much more!

Our goal is simple: create the most exciting Country Carnival possible while supporting local businesses and giving vendors the exposure they deserve.

Spots are filling up quickly for Fefe's Country Carnival and we wanted to remind everyone to get those applications in!

This event is about so much more than shopping. We're looking for a fun mix of vendors, activities, and experiences to create an unforgettable country carnival atmosphere for families.

🎟️ Do you own a local business and want to host a game at your table?
🏆 Want to give away prizes and interact with attendees?
🎨 Are you a face painter, balloon artist, hair braider, glitter tattoo artist, caricature artist, or another service-based vendor?
🌟 Have a unique idea that kids and families would enjoy?

We'd love to hear from you!

This market is NOT limited to vendors selling completed products. We are actively looking for businesses and individuals who can help bring the carnival experience to life.

When completing the application, simply use the "What does your business sell?" section to tell us:

✨ What you'd like to offer at your table
✨ Any games, activities, or services you'd like to provide

🚨 HALF of our indoor spaces are already sold! 🚨

If you're hoping for an indoor spot, we strongly encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We only have room for 40 indoor vendors, and spaces are being filled quickly.

A few minutes later than expected, but the application for Fefe's Country Carnival is officially here!

We're looking forward to welcoming an incredible lineup of vendors for a fun-filled weekend of shopping, games, food, entertainment, and all things country carnival.
