Donated some organic sourdough loaves and large organic sourdough cinnamon buns covered with a mascarpone cream cheese icing! It was a sell out. Glad we could help support our local football club!

Just made cinnamon buns for the football team and failed!
I have always baked them in a dish and tried to bake them in muffin liners for ease of distribution!
Although they were fluffy, all the butter and brown sugar seeped through the liners and made them perma stick to the cinnamon bun! So a wee extra fiber and less sweetness... Lesson learned - cooked them all in a baking dish and separate AFTER they are done baking!!!
