Hi!

This page will share that plus my other loves and my return to school and crohns journey!! I'm Dana Fagner, from Old Perlican, NL, and I've been an Independent Epicure Consultant since Oct, 2013. What I love most about Epicure is the ability to create like a gourmet chef in my own kitchen. I was using so many different products offered by Epicure and was slowly replacing much of the product I used to purchase from the regular grocery store shelves. Everyday I was growing in my purchases with Epicure and I found the product to be so wonderful and helpful to me in my own personal life, that I decided to sign up and knew it would be a breeze to sell this great product to others as it was now the ONLY product I personally used in my own cooking and baking (when it came to spices and cookware!) Epicure Rocks! Epicure has enabled me to feed my family cleaner and with ease! Providing me with great recipe ideas, quick meal ideas, and healthy choices on a budget!

EASY DINNER BUNS

3/4 cup Warm Milk.
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp ( or one pkg ) yeast

Let activate. Then add

1 Egg
1/3 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup melted Butter
3 to 3 1/2 cups Flour

Knead bread or place in mixer with dough hook

Put in warm place let rest until doubled in size, approx 1 hour

Cut in BUNS approx 12 (hand roll them into ball/bun shape)
Place in greased 9 x 13 dish

Let sit covered for about half hour

Then brush with egg wash

Place in oven on 350 for approx 20 minutes. Depends on your oven ( until tops nice and golden)

Brush with butter , let cool and Enjoy!!

These are nice fluffy soft buns, great with jam or just little butter, or if your like my Hubby, he likes them fresh from oven with Cheese Whiz.. lol

Fettuccine in under 20 minutes
Using Epicure Alfredo and some Chipotle Seasoning.

Used precooked chicken ,( I made last night in Steamer) sauted onions, bacon bits, canned mushrooms, Fettuccine noodles, and Epicure Alfredo according package directions. Voila...supper is a hit!!
