One of my favourite parts of the process is the final step. The Kutenai Chai is safely packed in its crates, dividers in place, and stacked in the cool room, ready to roll out with the next orders. It's a great feeling seeing all that work come together.

Today we pressed pause on the Kutenai Chai kitchen and took advantage of the beautiful weather. A day spent clearing underbrush, tidying the land, and soaking up the sunshine was exactly what we needed. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step outside, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature. Now we're feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for the next shift in the chai kitchen.

Earlier today, I found a small window to slip away and soak up the beauty of the day. The sunshine felt warm on my face, while the air still carried that crisp autumn bite. Surrounded by brilliant fall colours and sipping on a comforting cup of Classic Chai, I was reminded of something simple and true: life is beautiful.
