🥄 How to Prepare Koopmans Appelbeignets:
You’ll need:
• 5 apples (firm and tart apples work best, like Elstar or Granny Smith)
• 250 ml milk
• Koopmans Appelbeignet mix (included in the box)
• Powdered sugar & cinnamon sugar (included)
• Oil for frying

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Peel & Core the Apples:
Slice into thick rings (about 1 cm thick). Use an apple corer or knife to remove the cores.

2. Prepare the Batter:
In a bowl, mix the Koopmans Appelbeignetmix with 250 ml of milk until smooth.

3. Dip the Apple Rings:
Coat each ring completely in the batter.

4. Fry Until Golden:
Heat oil (about 180°C / 350°F) in a deep fryer or pot. Fry the rings until golden brown on both sides. This takes about 2–3 minutes per side.

5. Drain & Cool:
Let them drain on paper towels.

6. Dust & Serve:
Sprinkle with the included powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar. Serve warm and enjoy! 🍎🍩
