A few weeks ago we were lucky enough for the legendary Chef Smokey to show us how he keeps things interesting - He showed us one of the showstoppers, Double-Cooked Asparagus with Mustard-Habanero Emulsion, Fried Dill, Tajín, and Baby Radishes.
