A few weeks ago we were lucky enough for the legendary Chef Smokey to show us how he keeps things interesting - He showed us one of the showstoppers, Double-Cooked Asparagus with Mustard-Habanero Emulsion, Fried Dill, Tajín, and Baby Radishes. He was also kind enough to give us the recipe, which is in our bio! Thanks again to Chef Smokey, we will be back, and we are bringing our appetite.
