⭐Ive never tryed making this Cut Before⭐ Osso bucco!!
Is a classic Northern Italian dish made from cross-cut veal or beef shanks. The name translates to "bone with a hole," referring to the central marrow bone that melts into a rich, slow-braised sauce. This was my first attempt, I will Be making this cut again. Its nutrient rich and so tender when cooked.
