Our sourdough batch for tomorrow has been messed up beyond repair. The starter needs to bulk back up before the next batch.

This unfortunately means Simon's will be CLOSED for tomorrow. 💔

Y'all. The first batch of cinnamon rolls lasted 22 minutes 😂

Chef immediately hopped onto the next batch, (which was half reserved by the time it hit the oven) so we are SOLD OUT for the day 🫣
