This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the dads, grandfathers, father figures, and caregivers who show up for their families every day.

As we explored ways to give back this year, we were inspired by two organizations making a meaningful difference in the lives of men and fathers.

💚 Families Matter Provides programs that create connection and support for dads and their children, including Papa Bears, a free, peer-led Saturday drop-in group run by dads, for dads and their children aged 0–6. They also offer infant massage classes, fathering coaching, and additional family support programs. We’re proud to donate **$1,500** to support their Papa Bears program.

💚 The Canadian Men’s Health Foundation helps men across Canada improve their physical and mental wellbeing through practical resources and prevention-focused programs like *Don’t Change Much*. From stress and sleep to nutrition, movement, and preventive care, they empower men to make small, sustainable changes that support lifelong health. We’re honoured to support their work with a **$1,000 donation**.

The perfect summer night recipe ⛺️ Build your own gourmet s’more: homemade marshmallows & premium ingredients

Homemade marshmallows hit different. Unlike conventional marshmallows, you have complete control over the ingredients. We used Great Lakes Wellness Beef Gelatin along with a handful of pantry staples available at Amaranth.

The result? Soft, fluffy homemade marshmallows that turned an ordinary campfire into a gourmet s’more experience.
