• Delivery time inside Dhaka: within 1-3 working days.
• Delivery time outside Dhaka: within 3-6 working days.
• Maximum 15 days and customers will be informed about this.
• Delivery charge inside Dhaka is 70 Taka
• Delivery charge outside Dhaka is
120 Taka
• In case of order confirmation outside Dhaka, shipping charge has to be advanced as security money, which will not be refundable after sending the order.
• Please note that we are associated with a shipping company for order delivery, Therefore, the shipping process is not entirely in our control.

◾️ Items that you wish to exchange or return must include all original tags that are unused, unwashed and uncovered. Items that are open or damaged or have no receipt may be denied exchange. We reserve all rights to determine if the products have been altered, used or damaged.
◾️After receiving the product, Arasa Food has full power to decide whether the product applies to the exchange or return policy.
◾️The exchange must be equal to or greater than the original invoice of the product.
◾️In case of Dhaka, if the customer wants to return the order, he has to return it with delivery charge while the delivery man is there.
◾️In case of orders outside Dhaka, delivery charges which will not be refundable after sending the order.
◾️In case of exchange & return, delivery charge will be paid to the customer.
◾️Any product sold under any offer / discount cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
