We’re Hiring – For a Reputed Group of Companies! 🚨
Position: 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Salary: BDT 60,000 – 90,000 (depends on the exp.)
Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Location: Corporate Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Responsible for overall administrative operations of the corporate office, including 4 sister concerns.
- Managed regulatory licenses and renewals (City Corporation, RAJUK, BRTA, BIDA, FBCCI, REHAB, etc.).
- Ensured a safe and compliant office environment with proper fire and security protocols.
- Supervised vehicle operations and maintained timely BRTA documentation.
- Coordinated domestic and international travel logistics (air tickets, hotels, accommodations).
- Liaised with vendors, negotiated pricing, and prepared Comparative Statements (CS) for procurement.
- Supervised admin staff, drivers, and facility operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Monitored administrative expenses, OPEX reports, and budgets.
- Coordinated corporate events, training programs, and logistics support.
- Maintained employee records, asset management, inventory, and office supplies.
- Issued memos, office orders, and reports, and supported management with new office setup when required.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with good academic results.
- Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience in a Group of Companies or a reputed organization.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and ex*****on capabilities.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation and reporting skills.
