To give customers more time to try our new recipe cards we have decided to do one recipe a month.
So until the end of September our 500g fresh sardine trunks will remain on special.

One part of our job, which we really enjoy, is listening to how customers prepare and cook their seafood.
Sardines are quite popular so we decided a trial was in order and with the help of a very talented cousin we did just that.
The result was amazing and helped to bring about the idea of showcasing our seafood with a bit of a difference.
Once a fortnight I will share a recipe of a product we sell that we have actually tried and tested.
A huge thank you to Monique from Monique Rae Creative for your creative influence not only in the kitchen but also in creating the recipe card.

The sardines we used were fresh wild caught Port Lincoln sardines from South Australia. Because they are fresh it is best to put an order in as we can only carry limited stock.
Normal sale price is $20/tray but for this week and next they will be $17.50.
