Tim’s interest in health and nutrition started over 25 when he was given a copy of Fit For Life. Shortly after that, as a compassionate being, I became a vegetarian for the health benefits. Over the years I have delved deeper into finding out what makes our bodies work optimally and have come to the understanding that we require clean water, chemical-free food, fermented foods (as probiotics), enz

ymes, vitamins and minerals (some of which I have found in insufficient quantities in food). I first began fermenting beer (which I think is fairly common amongst aussie guys). This lasted about a year before I was given some milk kefir grains and that’s where my real fermenting experience begun. Locating good quality milk back then was a lot harder than it is now. About a decade ago, I attended a workshop with Donna Gates (Body Ecology Diet) and that inspired me to take this journey even further. I started making coconut kefir and made my first batch of sauerkraut. More recently, I studied with Fred Bisci (Raw Food fanatic), who explained very clearly the importance of consuming a majority of our diets raw. In 2010 I attended a raw food gathering in Vilcabamba, Ecuador which further expanded my knowledge and understanding of how our bodies utilise the nutrients we ingest. It was great to hang out with Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes-Monarch and soak up as much info as I could. Over the last 2-3 years, I have been trying all sorts of different ferments, and although I am not a master, I am still learning what works and doesn’t work. This has got me to where I am now – able to educate interested people in Functional Foods – foods that work for you and your families. May the journey continue into the universe and beyond…..

Come on down and say Hi and try some delicious gut-goodness.

Latest batch of Fermented Onions, and the newest ferment - Carrot/Dill/Mustard/Onion/Garlic - YUM!!!!

Plus the regulars - Red Kraut, Green Kraut, Carrot/Ginger and Kombucha (Mint & Goji)., Immunity Supertonic and Gut Shots.

Certified Organic ingredients used.

Also some Sprouting Seeds - Alfalfa, Mung and Red Clover

And if you ask my really nicely I have a limited amount of home-made vegan chocolate to try.

I have been ‘fermenting’ the structure of the workshops, and have come up with a whole new look – shorter classes, more content, AND…. A new workshop – CHOCOLATE HEAVEN.

How it will look now:
HEAL YOUR GUT – FOODS – Green Smoothies, Carrot/Ginger, Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Sprouting, Miso Soup, Beetroot Dip, Hommus, Viili Yoghurt, Beetroot Kvass, Kombucha, Chia Pudding & Liposomal Vitamin C.
This is very similar to the previous formatted ‘ Fermenting & Your Gut Health’ workshop.

HEAL YOUR GUT – DRINKS – Water Kefir, Coconut Kefir, Coconut Yoghurt, Sunflower Seed Dressing, Electrolyte Lemonade, Pineapple Tepache, Rejuvelac,Nut Milks (coconut, almond, brazil nut, hazelnut, macadamia), Seed Milks (quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, sesame, h**p), Oat Milk, Cacao Smoothie.

CHOCOLATE HEAVEN – Chocolate Sweet Potato Brownie, Chocolate & Avocado Mousse, Chocolate Chia Pudding, Cacao Smoothie, Min Choc Chip Ice-Cream, Nutella, Chocolate Fudge & Chaga Hot Chocolate.

Some classes have already been scheduled on The Sunshine Coast, Woolgoolga, Wellington Point & Marburg.

I am offering a special for anyone who books in to a class before the 14th April (which is also available for your friends) - $130 for either (or both) of the ‘HEAL YOUR GUT’ Classes, and $95 for the CHOCOLATE HEAVEN class.

Also, I have just bottled up the latest batch of FERMENTED ONIONS, and if you haven’t tried them yet they are sooooo good – kind of sweet and caramelized. Just organic red onions and sea salt.

And…. A NEW ferment for you to try – Carrots, Dill, Mustard Seeds, Onion, Garlic & Sea Salt (all organic). More KIMCHI is also on the way - ready in 4 weeks.

They will be hosted by Tania at Jandarra Farm - an amazing, regenrerative farm, with stunning views and such beautiful energy.
