We don't use any editing or AI for our photos or our products. What you see on your screen is what you get when coming into our negozio.

Why do we only open 3 days per week to the public?
Because everything is FRESH. And all products made the way that they've been made for generations, no rubbish no mass production no manufacturing. This also includes our pasta range that you may have seen at our stockists.

Last week was very busy and in between our Roman themed week we had been invited to a Mayoral Event at the City of Whittlesea on Thursday evening to do some catering along with other local businesses.

We showcased our focaccia and arancini with assorted pesto and dipping oil. It was a pleasure to be part of this council event but also to be alongside other businesses who have been in the food industry a lot longer than we have.

We left a great impression and even though Mum and I were so tired, we had a really fun time setting up our display and it was so funny that we got complimented on how nice the focaccia smelt. We're so used to the smell of olive oil that we can no longer notice the smell of our own products 🤣

Thank you to all of our customers who have made this big effort of a week another success. It is our 2nd eve5 themed week here at the Negozio. And we're already planning on more to come.

IT WOULDN'T BE ROME WEEK WITHOUT PORCHETTA🥩🔥

Did you know, roasted pork is ROMAN. We have created some easy heat at home trays for 2 people this week.

Sliced 4hr cooked porchetta, with roasted pumpkin, potatoes served with a delicate salsa verde to accompany your roast.

Heat up in the oven covered, then remove the foil to get that crackling back!

We can't wait to see you and celebrate our day 2 of 3 for Rome Week!

Guess correctly to get a $30 in-store voucher (customers get a free guess when they come in and shop with us this week at the negozio!)

Come visit the negozio this week to get Roman street food and items that bring you to the region of Lazio. Recipes that have been created by the Romans and then refined to the modern day Italian cuisine that we all know and love today.
