Take a bite of this milky Buffalo Mozzarella, carefully cold smoked bringing a sweet, woody perfume, and toffee-like flavour. Wood Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella can be served fresh, as it is, with some chargrilled vegetable (accenting the smoky flavour profile), dressed in a little extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for that perfect balance of sweet and sour. And don't forget the crusty bread to mop up ALL of those juices!

Stracciatella gets its name from the action of tearing the strands of mozzarella, in Italian this is called 'Stracciare'. Once the mozzarella has been torn it then gets mixed into a bath of fresh cream with a dash of salt. Regardless of the name this decadent creation is simply irresistible 🫦

SPLASH 💦 Around here, we believe using Australian, grass-fed milk makes all the difference 🥛 It's not just something Cleopatra would bathe in, it makes a huge difference to the quality of our cheese. Our cow's milk comes from holsteins in the Riverina area of NSW, and the buffalo milk from Kerang in northern VIC, from pure bred Italian Riverine buffalo.
