The OzHarvest CEO CookOff® brings together chefs and CEOs to cook, connect and raise funds to support Australians experiencing food insecurity.

We’re proud to be contributing Olivetta extra virgin olive oil to this year’s CookOffs, as well as to OzHarvest kitchens, where it will help prepare meals for people experiencing hardship.

But you don't need to be a CEO to get involved.

Chocolate meets olive oil. And takes the shape of a fish.

A little collaboration between Olivetta and Kakawa Chocolates, created especially for the Sydney Fish Market.

We are delighted to work with Jin Sun Kim, founder and head chocolatier of Kakawa, to create three handmade chocolates that bring together her craft with our extra virgin olive oils.

Each fish is made with a different chocolate and EVOO pairing:

Dark chocolate × Chilli extra virgin olive oil
Rich dark chocolate with the warmth and spice of chilli.

White chocolate × White Chocolate & Orange extra virgin olive oil
Creamy white chocolate with the bright citrus character of orange.

Milk chocolate × Robust extra virgin olive oil
Smooth milk chocolate paired with the fuller, more assertive character of our Robust extra virgin olive oil.

The fish shape is a nod to where we are lucky enough to call home: Sydney Fish Market.

And the collaboration itself feels like a natural fit.

Jin Sun has spent more than two decades refining her craft, from fine dining kitchens in Sydney to working as a chocolatier in London, before founding Kakawa in 2009. Today, every Kakawa chocolate is developed with the same attention to flavour, ingredient quality and craftsmanship, and made by hand in small batches in Sydney.

That care is something we share at Olivetta. We believe provenance matters. So does the person behind the product, the ingredient they choose, and the craft that goes into bringing it to life.

We’re delighted to be stocking Mr Staples Crispy Chilli Oil at Olivetta.

Made by hand in Wollongong, NSW, Mr Staples is a crispy chilli oil made with extra virgin olive oil. We chose it for its beautiful simplicity: quality ingredients, plenty of flavour and nothing artificial.

There are two varieties to choose from: Everyday Chilli for a medium, versatile heat, and Extra Hot for those who like to turn things up.

Both are gluten free and made without artificial ingredients.
