Have you met Tanja yet? The most wonderful and humble person. If you haven't tasted one or many of her wonderful pastries, you are seriously missing out. The smile on peoples faces when they walk around with a box of her goodies is priceless. Tanja sits very close to our hearts and also we keep her very close to our market HQ as you never know what she will do next! nah just kidding, we love her as much as we love her pastries!

SPRING SPRING GLORIOUS SPRING! flowers are blooming and the market is booming! We are bringing the city to market life every Saturday and we can't wait for this weekend! Also... we need to share with you that we are growing. We have more stalls, more activations, more music and a whole lot of food.

Little heads up, because we have a few/many new stalls we have shifted around some of our regulars (as we feel they can't leave us anymore as they are part of the furniture, ha, kidding we love our regulars, so don't DM us saying we are being mean).

will be place further into the market on the market square side so for all your doggy needs be sure to say hey to them. Then .mano.store has shuffled down a bit but still with us and also has added some beautiful flowers to the stall offering which we love and Simon from will be also further down the market serving up the best chocolate in this region. We love his work and if you haven't tried it, you must. Life changing!

The world is a better place when there are bagpipes and a market is always going to be a better place when we have the showcasing their amazing culture, music, dance and all that comes with what is going to be an amazing Saturday Market with an activation like this going on! Get ready because there will be plenty of music to be had.

Masterclasses are back this weekend and a new time of 10.30 as we make room for all the wonderful activities happening this weekend! But Simon Toohey will be making one of his favourite Turkish dishes ever!

It was a wet day yesterday! But we ALWAYS want to be open for our market goers. We strive to show that level of consistency and confidence that we will be open.

We follow in the wonderful light of Maddy from Farmgate market in Hobart where, no matter the weather (as long as it isn’t risk of injury or danger) they open. And the Hobart community always show up! How good is that. We strive to have that assurance and quality.

Speaking of loyalty… Catherine Smartt - Real Mum | Reality Queen | Honest has been a regular at the market for ages now and brings her wonderful family every Saturday. We adore seeing them and so we wanted Catherine to be our first regular to blow the horn!

Thanks legend for all your support. We are honoured to have you part of the team!

We are always proud of our stallholders. They are the most hard working, resilient people you will ever met. We know how important it is to support local and small business and there is no better time than doing it on a weekend at a local market! There are so many brilliant ones around the region so please look them up and go say hello to those stallholders. WE LOVE MARKETS all of them! But of course we love ours the most! SO, if you are feeling a little cabin feverish this Saturday, some say hi! there is plenty to eat, produce to be had and catching up with friends to be done!

Big shout out to@xobowls who will be back at the market this weekend after a (what looked like) brilliant time away! Also a massive shout out to who has come over from Hobart to have a stall at the market! We first met Mumma Shaz before GCM started and we hit it off like old mates. Now she has come over for a little trip so we thought we would get her into the market for a bit of fun. Be sure to go say hi and try out her amazing product.

Must be said too, there is no masterclass this weekend as Simon has only just arrived back from filming his 6th season of Freshly Picked and is really looking forward to coming to say hi to you all and settle back into his factory settings!

Do you know what we pride ourselves on at the market? Making sure the coffee is top quality. When we first started looking for stalls we thought 'we have to get amazing coffee'. That is where Ben from was acquired. Not only has he turned up, but he has turned up from the start. Smashing out great coffee week after week and we are so here for it

The trees are starting to green, the warmth is kissing our skin and my gosh we couldn't be more ready for the warmer weather!

Maybe we have to hold onto our jackets for a little longer, but my gosh that little tease of sun has got the trees all excited. The cherry and peach blossoms are out, the smell of orange blossom and jasmine is in the air. SUMMER IS COMING!

This week has an all star lineup. We know now that Geelong people love their food and produce and we are so happy to supply that need every Saturday at the market. So this weekend be sure to come on down with your tote bags and your hunger and support local food businesses as we give you allll the love goodies to make your Saturday that extra special!
