As the founder of FodShop, I can tell you from experience that the pain of change cuts nowhere near as deep as the pain of regret.

Even though many of our FodShoppers loved in store shopping and we loved serving you, teaching you in person and giving you so much personalised care, staying where we were and operating this way was not sustainable.

Moving where we are now has had many challenges which will make us stronger in years to come. It has made our operations smoother to manage, and given us more time to focus on other areas of the business to help you thrive while following a low FODMAP diet and while nurturing your gut and overall health.

Thank you for moving out with us and following where we go. You are the lifeblood of the future of gut health made accessible to everyone.

SHIPPING UPDATE: FODSHOP'S BIG MOVE 📦

Thank you ro everyone single FodShopper who placed an order with us throughout December, and to those who will place an order during January 2026.

As you can imagine, our transition to a new operational structure has resulted in some delays.

Unfortunately, for some customers, this has meant that orders have been delivered after Christmas, or are yet to be shipped.

The reasons for this delay are due to a severe backlog of orders which accumulated during our move, and while we are officially in our new facility, there is ongoing continued processing of the volume of our stock, while our entire system is upgraded to a new one.

All these changes are taking longer than expected to be implemented and ironed out for FodShop. We understand how important it is to receive your goods in a timely fashion for your gut health, mental health and well-being, and we are truly sorry that lapses in communication throughout our transitional process has caused problems for some of you.

Please know that we are aiming for ALL outstanding orders to be shipped by mid January 2026. Orders are being triaged by age, with older orders (those placed 1st Dec until mid Dec) being prioritised as much as possible for early to mid Jan 26 despatch.

While we cannot control these despatch timeframes as they are subject to a range of factors now outside of our control, we are doing the very best we can to respond to everybody's queries.

Please stay in the loop with our shipping updates weekly via our newsletters. They are an important source of information as we move through the transition to a 100% online operation.
