Had the pleasure of getting to chop up a few sheep last week. These sheep were straight from the farm into the cold room, getting all nice and chilled to be cut up and made into the next Sunday roast.

What a busy start to our year!!!

Sorry we have been a little slack with posting. We have been quite busy with work, life, surgery/recovery and fighting with the weather 🌦️. But that hasn’t stopped us from getting the job done.
I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to our amazing helpers! Karran, Justin (mum and dad), Noah and Caleb. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without you guys. We really appreciate your help, thank you.
And we also wanted to thank everyone for their ongoing support with business.

Our books are already filled up untill the start of August. So don’t forget to book in early to get your freezer full!
