Coming from Ghana and with a passion for cooking I realized, through school P&C fundraising, that as well as enjoying my dishes, people wanted to learn more about Ghanaian food. So I started introducing pre-packaged meals at farmers' markets and food festivals to showcase Ghanaian food far and wide. They took off! People relished the exotic flavours.
