I am thinking of having a Christmas long table dinner here at the tunnel.... ho ho ho 🎅🍄🍄‍🟫
Would be a couple weeks before Santa visits but would likely be an Xmas themed dinner complete with Christmas food and music
Who would be keen to attend ?? Just seeing if I would get the numbers to host it for now. More details to come

Very honoured that my Mushroom Miso picked up a gold medal at recent The Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards 2026. It's sure is a umami hit in a jar. Very popular product made in collaboration with local Tassie chef ... couldn't do it without him !
