12 Week Body Transformation!!!
came to me back in November with a couple of specific goals. She wanted to lose the last 5kgs of baby weight and fuel her body with the right nutrients after fasting and dieting on shakes. Julia gave the meal plans 110% and ticked off her weight loss goal in 6 weeks! Scales aside she has a new found confidence in the kitchen and the fasting and shakes are a thing of the past. I’m so proud of her dedication and commitment to the meal plans, cooking and learning to nourish her body with the right foods. Well done Julia!!
