I have 18yrs experience in the meat industry gaining qualifications in Boning, butchery, slaughtering & meat inspection with additional accreditation in animal welfare & quality assurance. With a great passion for the paddock to plate experience, I pride myself in clean work & have the highest regard for both your animals & your eating experience.
