Serendipity Strawberry And Flower Farm Serendipity Strawberry Farm is a 5 acre micro flower and strawberry farm located on the Princes Highway just south of Mogo. Our cottage is available September

Our farm stand will open again in Spring with many new products made and grown here on our farm. Our farm operates from late Spring to mid Autumn, offering a delightful array of fresh strawberries, flowers, produce and home made treats during this period. Imagine picking your own strawberries under the late afternoon sun, or wandering through fields of colourful blooms, handpicking a bouquet to take home. TWILIGHT FLOWER PICKING

One of our most enchanting experiences is the "twilight flower picking" event. These events are held in small numbers via our booking system and begin on the 14th December, 2024. Details of these events will be shared onto our facebook and instagram pages. FARM STAY EXPERIENCE

When visiting the farm stand or the markets I have now printed photos of some of the varieties that we have bred here on the farm that are available in our farm stand. This video gives you a quick snippet of what could be in our pot luck packs. Some of the dahlia tubers are eager to be planted and have started to shoot in the bags. After this weekend I will start potting up what is left and these will be sold as plants. Get in before then as the prices will have to be increased as they will no longer be a tuber.

Thankfully the bogon moth plaque has pretty much finished in our area. Not only did they destroy the ranunculus field by taking all of the nectar and sugars from the flowers but they have stripped everything for our bee apiary. The bees were hungry and resorted to taking back their honey stores to keep their colony alive. Today I’ve treated our bees with ground star anise and stinging nettle smoke, mints were placed into the hive to keep hive beetles away which has worked tremendously well over the past 2 seasons. The bees were calm today and have been busy superseding the queen with their own new queen that they have raised on their own. What a morning in the bee hive ❤️

Finally we have our fridge operating in the farm stand today to keep our fresh flower bouquets and eggs cool. Another huge achievement this week has been to create a self checkout system within the farm stand so that you can pay using your card. It’s all about making the experience of visiting our farm gate easier for everyone ❤️ Have a wonderful Sunday afternoon 😉
