Been a bit busy on the jobs lately, so forget to take photos along the way. But last week I was down at Mulgildie and processed a 245kg heifer, and this morning I put 2 Brahman x heifers into the cold room, ready for next week.

Nice little Brahman heifer (250kg) and 2 lambs into the cold room this morning. Will be back Monday for the cut up.

Two bodies in and out this week. A nice 395kg steer that cut up superbly, and a little 169kg bull that had hurt it’s leg so it all went into mince.
Plenty of steaks, roasts, mince and snags filling this customers freezers.
