Market's #3 my most successful day yet (91 jars) down at my local over 55s village. I had many people from last year come up and say I was hoping you were here..! How lovely...
I've got a new flavour: 'Tangy' Tomato Relish... Mmm... "If you cook it they will come"

"Eat My Jam" is super excited to be a stallholder at the "Christmas in July Night Market" at The Celebration Society in Picton.
When: Saturday 12th July 2025 @ 3pm
Where: 36 Menangle Street, Picton

I have been "Jamming" like a crazy old lady in preparation and have a super new flavour "Berry Blast" packed full of the 4 'super' berries (Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry & Blackberries)... I've done WAY TO MUCH Taste testing already, I'll probably roll in the door!

Of course I will have my signature flavours at the Markets :

- "Ballsy" Beetroot Relish
- "Stones & Nuts" (Pistachio Paste)

Batch # 1 of my "Pearly Pear" Jam... only got 4 jars left...!
I sold most of the batch even before my stickers arrived 🤣
Need to make another batch. This is perfect on your brekkie acai bowl, yoghurt, crumpet or my personal favourite, on a warm scone!

Orange "Candy" Jam, batch #2. This one lives up to the candy name... a little less spices than my first batch but still that warm flavour hit. The vibrant Orange colour is beautiful.
I'm loving my vitamin C hit. Available instore at KTK Baking, check out her Orange Poppyseed cakes she has made as she has infused this candy jam into her frosting for an extra Orange flavour burst !!
Jars also available for delivery in this week's Meat pack via Mangan Food Service.

*** New Flavour sensation ***
Eat My Jam has created a "Ballsy Beetroot Relish" and it is packed full of roasted, earthy Beetroot flavours combined with a warm spice medley, it has the most delightful colour.

Beetroot was off the shelves for a while & I simply couldn't live without it, so I've come up with this flavour hit.

My first batch SOLD out already in the Mangan Food Service meat packs this week and this is my 2nd batch.
