Located between Mr Foster's and The Mushroom at No. 61 in the main Street.
Similar species as last week : mostly Phoenix oyster and shimofuri. Minor yellow oyster available.

Fresh gourmet mushrooms available from 4.30 today at the packing shed. Locally grown on the Balingup-Nannup road, 1 km from the blackwood river in Southampton.
Phoenix oyster, (pleurotus pulmonarius) great for stir fry or omelette.
Shimo oyster, (pleurotus ostreatus var shimofuri), great in thick slice as a vegan steak.
There will be some low qty of yellow oyster (Pl. citrinopileatus) and pink oyster (Pl. djamor) and swordbelt (agrocybe aegerita) available this week.
Dry lion's mane available.

The largest blue oyster mushroom to date, weighing 1.3 kg! This beast was the most natural expression of pleurotus ostreatus. A whole block was added to the compost substratum of an Australian lime tree a couple of months ago, and the recent rain showed the mycelium worked its magic!
