Ollies Cake House is a family business run by Mr. Sam who has served last 16 years in the hospitality industry as a head pastry chef, worked with Celebrity cruise line (USA), Royal Caribbean cruise line (USA), Cunard QE2 (UK) and with leading five star hotels in United kingdom. My business

is completely word of mouth, so if you like my cakes, please recommend me to someone else. Cakes are all quoted individually, so if you'd like a cake, just call me or email, or inbox me, I'll grab a few details and return your quote asap. Most cakes I will recommend at least a 1 to 2 week notice prior to date you'll need it. Some last minute orders I will fill, depending on time and work load.
