Our Chairman, Ghassan Aboud, recently concluded an executive visit to Damascus, Syria, during the second half of last week. The visit focused on inspecting the Group’s newly established entities and engaging with the teams who serve as the fundamental pillar of our ambitious vision for the region.

قام رئيس مجلس إدارة المجموعة، غسان عبود، بزيارة إلى العاصمة السورية دمشق لتفقد مؤسسات المجموعة حديثة النشأة وتواصل خلالها مع فرق العمل التي تعتبره المجموعة الركيزة الأساسية لتحقيق رؤيتها الطموحة لسوريا. وذلك في النصف الثاني من الأسبوع الماضي.

هدفت الزيارة التأكد من آليات الإدارة والتركيز بشكل جوهري على تمكين الكفاءات القيادية المحلية وترسيخ ثقافة التميز والتنوع وتعزيز الانسجام بين الموارد البشرية والأهداف الاستراتيجية للمجموعة.

إننا في غسان عبود القابضة نعرب عن فخرنا بالجهود الدؤوبة التي تبذلها فرقنا في دمشق ودورها المحوري في تدريب فُرقٍ محلية للتوسع في المحافظات السورية الأخرى، وأهمية ترسيخ نجاحات المجموعة على المستوى الإقليمي، حيث تظل كفاءتهم والتزامهم بالمعايير الإدارية العالمية للمجموعة هي المحرك الأساسي لتقديم قيمة مضافة وإحداث تأثير إيجابي في البيئة الجديدة التي يعملون فيها، سوريا.
